Each piece of jewellery bought from my web-site is specially hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow 3 – 4 weeks from placing your order to your order being dispatched.
If you need your order sooner then please contact me via the Contact me page and I will do my best to meet your requirements.
UK customers: Items are sent Royal Mail Signed For First Class as standard. Delivery via Special Delivery is also possible by arrangement – please use the Contact me page to arrange this in advance of placing your order – this service is subject to an additional postage charge.
Overseas customers: Shipping to overseas destinations will be by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For service. If you require special delivery please use the Contact me page for details and prices for shipping to your country.
Your satisfaction is very important to me so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I am happy to offer a 7 day refund or exchange policy.
Terms and conditions are:
You must return the goods to me within 7 days of receipt in the condition it was sold. Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your original order number.
Please note that Earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. I am unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased unless faulty.
Also exempt from any refund or exchange are bespoke commissions or jewellery altered to a customer request.
I do not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. I recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service. Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges are possible within the terms explained above.
Your refund will be issued within 15 days to the payment method used in your original purchase.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact me so I can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact me immediately to arrange a replacement. I will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.
Please note that I cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
If you wish to cancel an order placed at harusakai.com or harusakai.co.uk please return the confirmation email to me, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: email@example.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, I will be unable to redirect it therefore I request that you return the parcel for a refund.
